Leveraging years of work experience across multiple industries, I help others harness their skills, build connections, and lead through service.

In corporate offices and creative hubs; from on-site event planning to tour management; from new business infrastructure to existing process reviews; from team alignment to communication flow; and from creative content creation to supply chain management—you name it, I have done it, hands on and high level.
Today I leverage my wealth of experience leading teams across industries, and with diverse groups of people when I work with women one-on-one. By helping them access the creative collaborator within, we set up the scaffolding for them to thrive—in everything they do.
Between 2014 and 2024, I worked for a manufacturer of returnable, reusable packaging to serve Fortune 100 companies in the Distribution, Automotive and E-Commerce industries and support their supply chain and circular economy needs. Leveraging my out-of-the-box critical thinking, I built consensus across multiple departments and together, we solved problems for our customers and supported the growth and success of the business.
Service Work
Being of service is a core value of mine, and I always look for opportunities to give back and contribute to my community. As a board member of the Economic Development Authority for the City of Winchester, VA, I have the honor to not only help plan and shape the city’s future growth, but also to include equity and sustainability in all the decisions we make. In addition, I frequently give my time and other resources to civic service groups and non-profits such as the Peter Bullough Foundation.
Education
Currently I am studying to be a Somatic Therapist (integrative body psychotherapy) at the Institute of Core Energetics in New York City. Upon completion, I will work with clients one-on-one and in workshops to integrate their inherent creativity, unlock their purpose and support their pursuit of living the life they love.
In 1995, I graduated from the University of Virginia with Distinction with a B.A. in English and German.
In 2000, I graduated from The New School with Distinction with a M.A. in Media Studies. My focus was on Audio and Video production. I wrote, produced and edited several shorts including “Smooth Grief” (about the process of loss and grieving) as both an audio-only and video piece, and “Secret Dance” (about privacy in the age of surveillance) as an audiovisual piece. Before I graduated, I presented a paper titled “Media Literacy: Pushing Participation Towards Change” at the Critical Themes in Media Studies conference in April 2000. You can read it here if you’re interested.
During my academic years and beyond, I have always agitated for social justice. In particular, I have been an advocate and campaigner for women’s rights and body autonomy (I was president of Students for Choice at UVA), abuse survivors and suicide prevention.
